Participants will swim for 10 minutes. A 10 minute transition time will be given between the swim and bike events. Two athletes per lane. You will stay on your side of lane the entire time. All athletes in the same heat will start in the pool at the same time. You must complete each length for it to count towards final score. All strokes are allowed. You may rest by holding on to the wall. A volunteer will be at the end of each lane to count length for each swimmer.

Participants will cycle for 20 minutes. A 5 minute transition time will be given between the cycle and run events. Spin bikes will be used. You will determine the tension you ride at. Make sure your distance is recorded by volunteers before you proceed to run.

Participants will run for 15 minutes. When told to begin, press "quick start" on treadmills and set a comfortable pace. Speed can be adjusted during the 15 minutes. Incline can be varied to comfortable setting for you. You can walk or run. Participant must stay on treadmill the entire 15 minutes. Press stop at the end of the 15 minutes and make sure your distance is recorded by volunteer. Participants are then finished with the race.
